Terms and Conditions
Our delivery policy is in line with the requirements of the office of liquor and gaming. Written instructions will be given to the person responsible for delivering the alcohol. The written instructions require the alcohol to be delivered:
to the adult who placed the order (include their name in the instructions)
to another adult at the delivery address who can accept the order on behalf of the person who placed the order
if the delivery is made on a day after the sale was made through an internet site, in accordance with the customer’s instructions (such as delivery to another address).
Due to licensing requirements Exclusive Vines is currently only able to deliver within Australia. We endeavor to have all orders dispatched and delivered within 1-2 days of the order for the Sydney metropolitan region or 3-5 days for outer NSW and the rest of Australia.
All packages will be delivered by our own service vehicles, Fastway Couriers or via Australia Post. Where possible, one of our delivery drivers will contact you prior to making delivery to ensure the time suits you. In cases where this is not possible, alternative arrangements can be made.
Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by calling 0423 283 988 within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation. Any damaged products that are of fault of Australia Post need to be left as they were delivered to you and taken to your local Australia Post branch for a claim to be filed.
